REFUND POLICY

  • All returns requests must be received within 7 days of the date you received your order.
  • We CANNOT cancel an order once it's been placed. 
  • Woof and Boujee  will accept returns for exchange or merchandise credit ONLY.  We do NOT offer refunds, only exchanges, and no exceptions.
  • We do not accept returns for size related issue, only  exchanges. All items must be in new, un-worn condition.
  • All Holiday items, including wedding apparel and Halloween costumes, Hand-made items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • No returns or exchanges on Jewelry, Grooming products, Hair bows, Sale, Clearance, Personalized, Discontinued or “sale” items and "deal of the day" items.
  • Exchanges (if applicable)
    We only replace items if they are defective. Please note, we are not responsible for damages during shipping. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@woofandboujee.com
  • Shipping
    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 
  • Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received .
